Staffing and Recruiting Services for EH&S Professionals / Onsite Field RepresentationRetention of your best employees starts with beneficial recruiting, staffing and hiring strategies, policies and procedures.  Hiring qualified employees is becoming more challenging as employers are hiring employees from a shrinking pool of qualified candidates.  DCS has a pre-qualified candidate pool to fill your position. Injury/Illness Prevention Program Development Your IIPP - Will it pass the Cal/OSHA test?  Your IIPP is the capstone program for ensuring that your employees have working conditions that are safe and healthy.  All other safety programs and required training are governed by the principles set forth in your IIPP.  DCS EHS staff can develop your IIPP and ensure that your program meets the CAL/OSHA requirements. Industrial Hygiene /Air Quality Assessments and Investigations
DCS provides specialized personnel possessing the credentials and experience necessary to perform investigations of indoor and outdoor air quality.  Historically, DCS has been engaged to perform air quality assessments pertaining to employee complaints and alleged hazardous conditions.  Such scenarios have been exercised in response to employees demonstrating various symptoms aiming towards bad air quality conditions and exposures.  Employers have acted responsibly in this area employing DCS to identify existing hazardous air sources or simply determine “Sick Building Syndromes”.

Corporate Safety Program Management
