Ancon maintains and administers a comprehensive training program, which emphasizes the employer’s regulatory
responsibilities as it pertains to general injury and illness prevention. While achieving its training objectives, Ancon
maintains a staff of qualified trainers to administer function specific training within their respective areas of expertise.

Training curriculums are delivered in a classroom setting followed by manipulative skills evaluations that are performed at Ancon’s accredited training facility offering simulated scenarios for craft personnel. The scope of Ancon’s training program encompasses Field Craft as well as Supervisory and Management Personnel.
